This property of 36 acres of partly tamed land was identified in a very strategic location, smack in the heart of Belize!! The Eco Park provides entertainment and activities; these include the following tours through jungle trails; Nature Trail Hike, Horseback Safari, and Jungle Bike Adventure. The Kayak Creek Expedition starts in a man made canal which leads to a natural creek eventually emptying into the Belize River after passing through two small lagoons. Also available is swimming in the largest, free form, outdoor swimming pool (240,000 gallons) in Belize. Off-site tours are also offered to their guests. The Park also boasts restaurants, bars and individual palapas for leisure time. The facilities have also been sought out for hosting major events such as weddings, birthday parties, reunions, staff parties and other family oriented activities.
This venture was a project, the likes of which had not yet been done in Belize. The concept was to have “Something for everyone!” The Eco Park had to be able to provide many different and exciting tours and activities all at one family destination. This has not been duplicated.
The Eco Park was created to provide a quality experience for cruise passengers and residents of Belize, with a future vision of the next logical step, expanding into an overnight tourist destination. The Eco Park is perfectly poised now for that next step. Presently, the Eco Park's largest target market for tours and daytime activities is cruise tourism, with its secondary market in this area being the local Belizean populace. The Eco Park is projecting that in a short time, this new overnight business will be its premier income generator. Owners have an additional 140 Acres of property adjacent to this Eco Park that could be made available if buyer is interested.
The Eco Park has already received a loan approval from a financial institution for the expansion into overnight tourism.

Eco Park presently opens 10:00am to Sunset. This of course will change with the introduction of the overnight facilities.
Owners are willing to remain with the Company in their present capacities or as consultants for as long an the new owners will deem necessary for a smooth and efficient transition.
