In 2018 we planned to expand the business expanding the brand into other popular areas around Bali further develop the brand within Bali and worldwide. Distributors - After having much success in 2017 with adding 2 distributors in Bali, we are looking at brining on more distributors outside to places such as Seminyak, Canggu and Ubud which are rapidly growing areas for foreign tourists. Distributors place monthly or bimonthly stock orders with simply providing the in store promotional material such as; price guide, price tags, brochures and handling any warranty claims. This makes the process extremely convenient for both parties making this the easiest way to increase market share, sales and brand awareness. Franchising - Franchising is a proven route to rapid growth, currently does not have a physical presence outside of the Kuta area, by offering franchise locations for other popular tourist hotspots such as; Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud and Uluwatu would exponentially increase sales and brand awareness without requiring any additional capital. Franchisee's would pay a "Franchise Fee" which would include the shop fit out and 2 months worth of stock to get started. The franchisee would be responsible for sourcing the location and paying of the lease. Opening Second Location - Given the proven success the business has experienced with a single location based in Kuta, opening a second location in another highly popular tourist area such as Seminyak would be a highly profitable venture.
